The Eagle Eye Adventure Team Commander had been attempting to infiltrate the ranks of Cobra. He was quickly discovered, captured and tortured for information. 
Cobra's victory was short-lived, though. Muscle Body Man of Action also in Cobra disguise and Mike Powers on Special Assignment quickly and viciously liberated their Commander.
